JobTrackz is a job-application tracker with AI-assisted resume tailoring. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You need an invite to join while we're in beta.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think your account has been compromised.
Everything you put into JobTrackz — your applications, resumes and notes — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you, including sending resume content to an AI provider when you run Tailor Fit. We don't claim ownership and we don't sell it.
Tailor Fit output is generated by an AI model. It can contain mistakes, awkward phrasing, or claims that don't match your real experience. Always read a tailored resume before you send it anywhere. You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer. We don't guarantee that using JobTrackz will get you interviews or a job.
Please don't upload anything unlawful or anyone else's personal data without permission, try to break or overload the service, access other users' data, or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
JobTrackz is in invite-only beta and provided "as is". Features may change or be removed, there may be downtime, and bugs are expected. Keep your own copies of your resumes and anything else you can't afford to lose.
JobTrackz is currently free during beta. Paid plans aren't available yet. If we introduce them, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and nothing will start charging automatically.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, or if we stop running the service.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from your use of JobTrackz. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use JobTrackz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
